I was wondering however how they assess my wife's english as i have read that she needs to be at a certain level. that isn't a problem in itself as she was born and raised here my only thought is what do i need to upload as proof of her language ability as i want to have everything ready for when i finally get a case officer and not be asked for more info at a later date! Today I got email from CO requesting - PCC & Medical. I already finalized my medical on 24th Dec 2011 , I don't understand why CO is asking again. May be didn't noticed. Thanks in advance all! I think as long as she has a British passport, that is accepted as adequate English ability. It's all we have had to submit. I applied on June 10th, got my CO today, everything is met except police clearance and medicals (which were submitted on wednesday). Good luck to those still waiting for a CO...
