I believe you can do that as long at is not granted. I think it is alot more difficult if baby arrives after visa has been granted! Cheers, think it is easy prior to visa approval as I have already pre warned them. however I have changed my job.....now that on the other hand is going to put me into a real pickle!!! September 2010 : Family Sponsored 176. February 2011 : Application being processed further. May 2011 : CO Allocated asked for Medical, PCC, Form 80, etc. August 2011 : All documents MET. October 2011 : Employer Verification. No further update other than "Undergoing Routine Processing" Any idea what is the delay? When will I get visa according to the above timeline? Your last update on the 7th of Nov was they had gotten to 28 Feb. 3 weeks worth of applications in 2 weeks, not as fast as they have been, but I think it average out. So you need to get "marriage certificate" for that , once you have this ,Please send a color scan copy of this . Aslo, as per the data spreadsheet, I have observed that the time to get CO is reducing from 2-3 weeks for each passing month and shows that DIAC propably wants to finish the 2010-2011 applications before Xmas, which is a very possitive sign.
