Hi guys and girls,

On 28th of Mar 2011, I sent an enquiry to DIAC (Blank e-mail to aspc.processing@immi.gov.au).

on that date the feedback was specifying P3 for 175 of date as following:

Skilled – Independent (Migrant) subclass 175 VE 175 (e-lodged): 2 June 2009 VE 175 (paper): 2 June 2009

Today the feedback sais the following:

Skilled – Independent (Migrant) subclass 175 VE 175 (e-lodged): 16 July 2009 VE 175 (paper): 16 July 2009

In 10 days DIAC moved a month and half forward!

They really move so fast,, That's so cheerful :cute:

Additionally, They attached a document you can find it in my attachment.

Good luck to all.Important Information for Priority 3 clients.pdf

Hi Uli,

Turn me BROWN :(

I just got the rejection mail today.

Fortunately, I have an on-going E175 application, so I can count on my plan B..

Wish your guys good luck for the VIC SS.

Anyhow, I will land on VIC when my E175 is granted , see you in VIC.

Cheers,

Lesale

Im so sorry to hear this news.

All the best for 175.

Very less approvals compared to rejections.

Loosing hope :-(

I guess I will be expecting the same outcomes since i applied under the same occupation code and specialisation.

I have a plan B so let see what happens.

Anyways had anyone looked into New Zealand?

Yes i did. But I felt its better get an Aussi PR than to get NZ PR.

really don't hope you get the same result:wacko:

Do you work for global headquarter company? if so, you may have a better case.

Lightning,

Thanks for your reply.

I saw in the first page that 3 person (Network Security) got rejection and later my friend also. Now I guess it is my time to get the same  .

Anyway, my company is not global headquarter company, it is a locally reputed company in my country.

Mansukhpatel,

We both are in the same boat. We don't know what will happen but at least we have to keep some hope.

I studied the Skill Migration Category of New Zealand for few days. But I don't know how many days it will take finally to get the PR Visa. If you know please share with us.

Thanks.They are saying

While your occupation meets the eligibility criteria to be considered for state sponsorship, there is not sufficiently high demand for your skills and experience to offer sponsorship at this time.

hey dude very sorry to hear that! Hope you have another plan :notworthy:

Thanks for the info mate. Why don't you try ACT or go for 175 if you've got enough points.

Good luck!!

If you are appealing rejection maybe try also to show some connection to VIC and also maybe copy some job ads that you would eligible to apply for from SEEK etc to show there are jobs out there and attach these as well.

Good luck all hate seeinging all these rejections.
