Good for you who can frontload med. & police clearance. Over in Singapore, we can't frontload. All panel clinics are required to use the DIAC's new online system which requires a HAP number. This number can only be generated by the Case officer assigned. So we can only go for our medical after being assigned a case officer and upon his/her instruction. Good thing is the medical exam result is made known to the case officer instantly after the examination. Same applies for the Police Clearance certificate. The Police would only process our request for this cert. upon official request from a Case officer from DIAC. So, there's not much we can do but wait for case officer to be assigned and docs to be requested. Hopefully, it would not be too long!
