Can anyone share email if you have emailed visa center.

Here is what I got very recently ...

Thank you so much for your email,
With reference to your email, please note that the application is
undergoing mandatory departmental checks at the moment. An application
cannot be finalised unless all visa requirements and processing are
completed. The department is trying its level best to finalise the
application as quick as possible and will inform you of the outcome once
decided.

In addition, please be informed that the average processing time of Partner
Visa application is 14 to 20  months currently. I note that the application
was lodged on 11/06/2018 and is well within the average standard time.

Asking for a dear friend

how long does it take if immigration sends documents to the delegation for decision finalising . A friend of mine has emailed about her Application status and received this as a reply .. So I thought I’d ask here to see if anyone received such email in the past

Her case is of second marriage no kids yet, provided sufficient proofs, DOL MAY 15th 2018 , generics and interviews taken , applies via agent

I have sent multiple emails to them last year. They sent auto generated email first and after 2 or 3 days they replied back me back.

They also asked me to send email  from the email address that was mentioned on the application and they also asked my VLN and passport no.

They didn't give me the response for one of my email  for a week so i sent a reminder email and after that they replied  me.

Seems like they will be taking decision in few days.

Unless otherwise delegate makes decision that further checks are required to make decision.  It sometimes happens in 2nd marriage / complicated cases.

More likely they'll get grant very very soon.

Assalam-o-Alikum to all,

Update on my wife's application, they've requested for medical today.

They asked additional documents last week, but I haven't upload all the documents nor press the IP button but still got email today for the medical.

DOL : 25-06-2018

You did not submit it before? I mean when you lodged your application?

This means your application has been seen by CO and called for outstanding docs which is good.

Best of luck

My family had done the medical in Aug 2017, when I applied for my visa. That's why when I applied their visa in June 2018, I used the same Hap Id and they accept it because at that time it was less than a year. After that they didn't ask medical until now.

Medical validity is one year that's what i have heard from somewhere. I am not sure about this.

Dear MrsHzp

Can you please share further dates for this case? (generic email, interview dates). My case is similar but we have not sent email to check the status (it is my husband's second marriage - no kids). It has been more than 2 months since interview and have not heard back anything from them.

That would be really helpful if you could please provide some more dates.

Kind Regards
