  1. Pay slips are not required but you can send them if they ask. Visa will be granted on basis of genuinship of relationship. So it doesn't matter what your financial situation is except if they doubt that you are sponsoring partner for money.
  2. In my opinion, they wouldn't consider it to make process faster. However there's good chances that your visa can be granted by mid December . As your case is in better position as they've granted visitor visa earlier. Suggestions: You may want to apply another visit visa and travel in mid December. If your partner visa doesn't grant by then .
  3. Once application has been withdrawn, it can be rejected. But may affect next application, it depends on reason for withdrawing and information immigration have in hand . In given scenario it is less likely to be affected 2nd application. (My thought). Also make sure and remember, application is to be filled by applicant not sponsor. And if sponsor helped with application then it must be mentioned as "yes " at the end of application in question "did you receive any assistance in filling this application " (My suggestion) Applicant should accept mistake done and first attempt. And provide reason for that on plain letter. Explain it in writing. Print it sign it. And upload in other documents. I understand your friend got scared and messed up whole thing. Otherwise best option was to get fixed first application, if not himself by calling and taking help from global contact number; then easier option was a migration agent to fix it. Regarding refund, it is under limited circumstances. To me this sounds like one that should be refunded. But i don't know exactly weather funds will be refunded or not. I pray they understand your situation and refund your friend's money. It will take over month even if they decide to refund it.
  4. WoW congratulations. That's amazing to see visa granted so easily without interview as you was quite worried about it. Congratulations again. Many people are getting their visa granted. Things are moving forward.
  5. Too many may, may may be. Thanks for your input. You mostly write very useful comments and we thank you for your time and effort. With this one, as you agree that, you don't have very good information and for this unusual case, applicant has hired registered migration agent. I kindly request you to not emphasize too much because this is bringing unnecessary negativity for applicant. This is public forum, you can write whatever but as you are responsible and our senior, we expect more positivity from you by staying neutral now (or silent) as you have already bravely accepted you don't know much about this. Hopefully registered migration agent had better idea who applied this case. Once again Thanks for your regular contribution in this forum.
  6. Sometimes they grant visa soon after interview. I pray they grant your visa very soon.
  7. @mani1987 Sorry! I'm lost. Why are quoting two years old posts. Didn't understand reason to quote that old posts, please help.
  8. We can only suggest, however decision is yours. My suggestion is pay a visit to your partner before chasing them seriously. As earlier one guy on this form got rejected his visa and one reason included in rejection statement was not visiting partner since application. Please manage a short visit to your partner for a week or two somehow.
  9. Useless is wrong word. I will say not worth amount we pay to organize application. They did organized my documents and uploaded, but no help in preparing application, for example no help in writing statements, i had to search online "what is needed to include statement". They did provided me with a checklist to send them whatever documents i can. As Lilly said, having a consultation on occasions would've been better option. But i have chosen a path , its better for me to stick to it.
  10. I guess you are being judgemental and reaching conclusions too fast. Hang on. I said my personal opinion/ suggestion/ feel is application with migration agent take relatively longer than you apply yourself. And which queue are you talking about? There is no queue, application are dealt on case to case basis. That's why some people are delayed with visa application, and most of people got visa in approximately 12-15 months recently. From online forums, nearly all of people applied in Islamabad got visa, from jan, feb, march 2018 applications. So one can conclude the agent is reason for delay. But this is not fact and can't be. That was my personal observation. I hope Australian embassy works acvording to legislation. Not as bias as you are saying. And they provide reason for rejecting with legislation references. Not there on job to teach lessons or morals. Migration Agents are professionals working in industry, so hoping they are wise we hired them paying high fees. And migration agent says we shouldn't contact them unless global processing times passes. Which sounds logical and convincing that's why we are not pushing them to write to AHC islamabad (eventhough we feel in heart otherwise)until current 20 months benchmark passes and hoping for grant by then anyway.
  11. I guess agents are useless unless you need serious help. AHC islamabad doesn't respond because they says ask your agent to email. Migration agent just keep telling stories to avoid extra bit of work. Because they've taken all the payments. My application is still in progress, don't know how should i deal with this migration agent. I many time think to take over myself, but i paid agent $3500. And she is useless. In real i see people with no migration agent get visa faster on average but not all. (Just my observation)
