    I'm not sure, hopefully someone else can explain. However from timeline you applied, only 40sp was required to sponsor 309stage 1. There's wasn't anything like separate application for sponsor. All people on this form applied in 2018 have same story. Hopefully someone will clarify further.

    Have you filled and submitted 40sp then. If not, then you will need to submit form 40sp to sponsor spouse. No separate application Is required.

    Good idea. Take this advise. Professional wording will be helpful. Also plan a date of rukhsiti and tell immigration you guys are now planning to do rukhsiti on this date. It seems you are close to decision better plan to do rukhsiti in a month or so. Reality check: what if visa is rejected then still you guys have to do rukhsiti and re apply 309. And you will wish to do it quicker to apply again. Better plan to do now , tell your planned date and marriage hall booking receipt and jewelry buying receipt showing you guys are preparing. Booked Air ticket of your partner for Marriage Reception. Etc. Hopefully they'll Grant your visa before or soon after Rukhsiti. Worst case visa rejected, you'll probably don't want apply again until after Rukhsiti.

    For someone to advise you how to meet requirements , share bit about your story. Financial: joint bank account, wills, superannuation beneficiaries name etc, Social: joint invitation, cultural events photos, family and social gathering photos, common friends. Joint property. Household: plans to move in. Shopping for household to bring in after rukhsiti like "dowry " from both sides. Purchasing receipts, or booking receipt for furniture for new house to move in. This is example. Share your timeline , and story hopefully you get some good advises from members.

    I got two two tourists visas rejected. But I have seen people getting tourist visa granted. I think it's worth trying for. it cost less than $500 if you apply yourself including immigration fees and fingerprints and travel hassles.

    Check last page signed of application. You have given them concent to get information about you from third parties. Which include third governments and their telecommunications and their database if that country is willing to provide information to immigration as they will act as Authorized agent to get information from third parties.

    Doesn't sound correct. They may have taken consent but practically vey hard and comolicated to get information from another country. Too hard to be worthy for Australia. For what's app its technically impossible because of end to end encryption. Unless facebook owner of what's app decides to decrypt. What's app is known to whole world for secure communication. That's why Few Australian MP were proposing to ban what's app or ask what's app to provide them a way out.

    Mate the reason they gave for not seeing my family back in Pakistan with in this waiting period. Very Sad feel pain for you. We did suggested you to visit back. And as you had work related issues. Now for AAT , please consult with Registered migration agent. As you can add new more evidences , you should come and visit your family after consulting way forward with best lawyer / migration agent. Don't take it easy. Be hard with AAT do spend money with lawyers for better plan.

    Very Sad to know brother. As your relationship is genuine and have child. 309 visa is on ground of relationship which is strong. However please share what was their reason from their side.

    Don't worry about telling to immigration. Wait and when they ask for medical then you can explain them. But usually medical centers doing medical tests are aware of these things and know how to report that to immigration. Relax and hopefully you get grant soon . However there is even no harm in writing to embassy to ask in detail.

    For England and canda processing times are very low usually 4-7 months. You better do medical and get police checks in month of April and upload them. For immigration purpose medical and police clearance certificate (pcc) are valid for one year. That's only reason it is advised not to get these done early as some people may have to redo medical and police checks. You should easily celebrate this Christmas in Australia on 309.     Better apply now this week offshore if you have enough evidence of relationship. As by the time july your application will already pass 6 big months and you may granted visa anytime after 8 months. Why wait and take Hassel of on shore.

    i Personally Think it will be Positive. Anyway you need to show connection with Australia and plan to move to Australia. However both applicant and sponsors probably already given PR information in your application forms. Am i right?

    You may have reasons not to disclose your previous marriage. I understand that. Actually you can only understand your situation best. We can only give our opinions. And thats why you are here to take our opinion, you may like some , and some you don't. MNMA said is true too from immigration point of view.

    Congratulations that means you are getting your 309 granted . Let your case officer know when will you departure Australia better send them Air tickets as soon as you book flights.

    Sounds right I am too worried about not getting in security checks of shore, i don't mind they do security checks after granting 309 before 100.

    Generic email is more Australian embassy thing in Islamabad. They sent many but not all a checklist of documents to be uploaded for Pakistani applicants from Pakistan. Even interview call is embassy in islamabad thing. Very rare in many other countries but in interview they only ask basic question from application and documents provided to verify if you have knowledge about your given application. As you're seriously worry about job so it must be professional job, right?. I pray you get your visa soon . There are chances about your visa before March but usually on shore applications are meant to take longer as you're already living and working in Australia. Explain your situation to immigration department for priority processing on basis of financial hardship if you lose job. And how your family will suffer without professional job. It is only matter of explaining your employer and if employer have solid reason to terminate employment then using evidence and letter from employer apply for priority processing in immigration. Also contact your union of your profession. And seek legal advise against unfair termination of your employment. If nothing make sense , apply for extention of work visa.

    I got translated because my CNIC is in urdu only . But i guess if smart card already have translation on card then you don't need it to be translated. Its not big thing to worry but as you're already thinking about it. Get it done in mean time for peace of mind. I got translated from kechehry , for Rs. 100 (i guess ). They translated and printed on plain paper and got it stamped and signed by a oath comisioner and notary public.
