Even we have crossed usual 11 months now, as most people get visa in 10/11 months . I am worried they don't put me in mandatory checks too. Applied in 19 January 2018. They have gone silent after interview on 1st November 2018. Even my medical and police clearance is expiring in next month. I really hope , i don't have to do hassle to do all along.

Congratulations:) Good to see they started some grant in new year. I wasn't in Rush to get visa as we are both living in Pakistan from last 5 months but now savings have gone very low and My medical and police clearance is expiring in 30 days approx. And really worried, as it is almost 12 months already and now medical and police clearance. Also got our two visit visa rejected one tourist stream and one family sponsored.

Just nikkah ceremony is enough for visa grant. If case officer ask explain why you haven't already done Rukhsati. And explain your future plans when case officer ask. Actually you should have already explained in your statements.

Allah provides oxygen, food shelter and everything even if you are believer / non- believer. We can kept trying but results are not in our hands. Allah has created the universe systematically and Allah can but doesn't normally provide breaking rules of nature. But thats totally different discussion.

I guess you passed 11 months already this way. Because 9 months were actually expected. Visiting your family is better for your application. One reason can be for rejection that you didn't tried /attempted to meet your partner for such a long time. ( please don't take me wrong , a partner from india shared story like this online ) Start preparing to meet your family even if your wife will be granted visa. You still deserve break after that long work.

Save from rent by moving cheap place and save to visit your wife and kid. My personal opinion may not be welcomed however its more better for your family that you visit your wife and kids than keeping ready house for them to arrive. Saving is not only life.

May be sharing unit will be help full. I pray you get your visa very soon before you share unit. However due to uncertainty you rent out extra room. Or leave this unit and adjust at cheaper place. Ans save rent to visit your wife and child more

PCC are only required from a city / area/ address. Where someone has spent more than 12 months . Otherwise its not required. I read somewhere ....

Validity is one year. So don't have to submit again. Keep number of files uploaded as minimum as possible. upload relevant and range of documents and combine alike documents.

Congratulations I wish everyone gets visa like you and earlier. Especially without interview. Im waiting from 19 jan application date. Interview on 1st November. No news after that.

My opinion is try to upload asap to fulfill whatever is possible in check list. So they only ask further documents what is missing and really required. AFP check is must for sponser, apply online asap.

Yes you will need biometrics separate for each application. But dont need medical separately. Apply 600 sponsored family visit may have more chances. And only apply if applicant have strong documents that applicant will return to pakistan As Example , study and work back home.

Looking at trend. Most of people are getting their visa in 10 months approximately. And may/ may not go upto 11 months. So you are looking roughly for visa to be granted in jan/ February

Evidence of relationship is suppose to be only Marriage certificate. Which you have already sent. Polio Vaccination certificate is requirement for pakistan Have you not provided your story about how your relationship did grow from beginning to today?

Online When lahore airport scan your passport and enter destination as australia. Australian system confirms whether you have visa or not. Like vevo check on computer. *****Just my thought *****

I asked agent, he says no email has been received from immigration for you. They may sent in coming days or may not need any. As i did my best to provide everything possible in advance

Its always good to double check. I recommend double checking again. Name, date of birth. Date and place of marriage. Future plans. About qualification business of spouse. Why do not applicant have job in pakistan? They asked me questions from my answers . I think there are no right and wrong answers. Its all about your relationship History and there were also questions about last divorce.

Hi Saad i got interview call today. Asked questions regarding information in application /case. Requested more documents. They have sent email to my agent. So i will know tomorrow what exactly they asked in more documents.
