    We applied one visit visa 600, one family sponsored visit 600 got rejected. We were living in Pakistan with no job. However sponsor just moved back to Australia and started working. Living apart is too hard to continue and keep waiting to be together. Just not for us. We wish to give up job in Australia(only source of income) and live in Pakistan on savings until visa granted. Not sure, if that's will effect visa 309 application positively or negatively.

    Yes until 2 weeks before feb 2019, but we want to get back together in Pakistan on savings until whenever visa granted.

    MnMA have list, you must have Medicare , your mobile phone bill in your e-mail while you was there or you can purchase sim card online and add $10 balance on pay as go plan. And get invoice from telecommunication (I prefer amayaSim) as utility bill. Credit cards and bank statements are also acceptable issued from overseas 20pts each but you double check AFP.

    My and my partner were together almost 10 out 14 months waiting for application. We have savings to keep going But as we both didn't work while in Pakistan. Also we can't live far away, planning to be together again may be without income. But I was wondering just relationship without income, is it okay?

    If relationship has three years history with evidence at time of lodgement of application then applicant will receive PR 100 or two years with child at time of lodgement otherwise 309. Later subclass 100 in Australia, start processing of subclass100 applications in order two years after 309 was lodged. So if someone receive 309 after 18 months, they can apply subclass 100 after another 6 months. But chances of directly getting 100 are slim if applicant don't meet requirement three years relationship of 100 at the time of lodgement.

    Best of luck with your sister's visa. I'm waiting from almost fourteen months. I thought my case is simple with 6 years relationship history with evidences. But may be if divorce involves they look at application more thoroughly. But then I see many people without such issue also have their application waiting.

    Many people have understanding just like they have been following forum for years looking for news they're new people need that information. So I request too that everybody share update, so remaining people get little idea.

    So on safe side, they should send all applications for extra checks or whichever they find necessary in first month of application. What is point of waiting 9 months to find out they need extra checks for another 12 months. 309 is temporary visa with pathways to 100 PR. So they will have lot time to check until 100 applied and 100 finalized even after 309. They should have option for partners to be together within 6 months.

    One applicant's visa has gone rejected for not travelling back to meet partner for 20 months. Ask your family to visit you if possible. Which is expensive and not affordable. Otherwise you may pay $$$ for review or apply again if they reject application.

    Send them an email to find out status of your application. To make sure it is actively processing.

    I feel that they delay deliberately, first 9-11 months they don't touch application afterwards if they don't feel satisfied they send for extra checks for another 9-11 months. When they receive application they should send it for further checks after all we paid $7000+ , after initial assessment in one month. It is LNP's faults they just delaying partner visa and most expensive one because they know these people don't have choice. Hopefully this year Labour will win.

    Is everything okay? How are you doing with your apeal brother? Time will come. A better time. I am waiting from last 13 months. And who knows what will come tomorrow.

    Yeah right, I haven't written email about status request. I have hire migration agent. Thought it might be helpful. it's hard with migration agent to follow up.

    Received email on Sunday should be Automatic one. Nothing to worry, On the other side, thorough checks mean it may delay application for extra checks. I have passed 13 months mark. Even though I haven't received such e-mail. I still feel my application has gone in further checks. Otherwise it should have been granted in 9-11 months like most of them .

    UK processing times are different. And 4-6 months usually. As long as your relationship will continue you will be granted 100 in early year 2022. Because processing times for 100 are same for all i.e. 20 months approximately. You can return to UK after making first entry to Australia. You may have to explain to immigration for 100 that you have intentions to migrate Australia permanently in near future.

    And after informing immigration about your relationship is over. Your job is done. After it's up to immigration, what they do, and they'll share nothing about your partner with you.
