Assalam-o-Alikum to all, Good morning I would like to share the good news with you guys, as you guys are going in tough times. By the Grace of ALLAH my wife's and son's visa has been granted. (subclass 100) DOL : 25/06/2018 First email, which is i think generic email. 24 Jan 2019 ( I submitted PCC at this time not before and some other documents) then Second email for more documents on 4 APR 2019 (asked for missing documents Like photos and IDs of who gave statutory declaration ) they asked some photos about my wife's visit to Dubai, Which I didn't have it and as suggested by some member here, I emailed them and said due to some reason, we don't have photos but I'm attaching the Visa and ticket. Interview call, on 6th May 2019 . They called 2 times but wife missed it and I didn't bother to contact them or email them. Visa Granted : 9th May 2019 I would suggest yous guys to Pray and ask ALLAH's help and let them do their jobs. If you bother them, they'll think something is wrong. (that's my opinion only, I might be wrong) Lastly, I wish all you to get your visa soon and ALLAH help you guys, especially DR. Samra. Any question welcome but my answer will be delay. Once again Thanks all of you guys, it really helped me reading your discussion through out the Process. JAZAKALLAH khair

First time medical was done in 2017, when I applied my visa.When I came here and applied for my wife's visa, I provided the old hap id which was accepted and they didn't ask for the new medical until now.

Hi to all, My wife has done medical today, should we hit the button of information provided or wait for the clinic to upload the result and then hit the button?

My family had done the medical in Aug 2017, when I applied for my visa. That's why when I applied their visa in June 2018, I used the same Hap Id and they accept it because at that time it was less than a year. After that they didn't ask medical until now.

Assalam-o-Alikum to all, Update on my wife's application, they've requested for medical today. They asked additional documents last week, but I haven't upload all the documents nor press the IP button but still got email today for the medical. DOL : 25-06-2018

I'll do that, thanks for your help. What you guys think about the interview and medical, will they going to ask my partner for re'medical or not. DOL : 25/06/2018 First correspondence : 24 Jan 2019 sent the check list of documents and asked if anything is missing, upload it. Second correspondence : 04/04/2019 additional documents Medical expire in August

The thing is bro, I don't like taking photos much and it was almost 3 years back, when we didn't have plan to migrate to Australia or never thought that photos could be need in future. I've provided them many post wedding photos, for instance, my last 2 times visit to Pakistan, I've taken some photos and uploaded it. We didn't have hotel booking as I was working there and rented a room for couple of months.

Assalam-o-Alikum to all, I've got an email from them, asking additional documents. They've asked post wedding photos especially from U.A.E. Where we stayed of couple of months, but I don't have any photos because we don't take much photos. I've changed my phone as well and lost the data. What should I do now? Second thing is they've asked photography identification of 888 declarant. Can I provide the photo id for them?

Oh ho, Sorry to hear that, may I ask why haven't you visited to your family in this period of time. You gave them a lope, they will not leave it because they're already trying to minimize the immigrants. Anyways Good luck with next step, really feel for you and the pain you and your family has to bear. My prayers are with you

English requirement for partner visa? No man, why there're charging 7000$ if they need to inquire about English proficiency. In the case of PR, yes they do ask about partner's Proficiency or pay $$$$ but never heard they ask to show prove in partner visa. My wife's doesn't higher education, she has done inter only.
