I m waiting for my husband visa for last 16 months

Wow! its been long for you then... you are almost at the average processing time limit for the 75% applicants.

If you dont mind me asking, where did you apply for the 309? Did you apply from pakistan?

Please, if you dont mind me asking, can you share your timelines? DOL, date of 1st and 2nd RFI, etc? I would really appreciate if you can share the details. Hopefully, it will give us an idea how long do the Amman office usually take to respond after RFIs.

Hi guys,

I have a problem to attach documents for my partner's 820 visa. I lodged application yesterday and paid the visa fee successfully. However, after that, the website shows "Application details could not be retrieved at this time. Please try again later." We can't attach any supporting documents on it. Also, i have not received any confirmation email from the department about our application, neither for the bridging visa.

I'm not sure if this is a technical issue of the website or problem for our application. Could you please advise if you have met similar condition now or before?

Thank you very much!

Thats strangely wierd, if the application fee was deducted from your account - your application should be reflected on the system. I think it can be system error. I have not come across anybody else who had this siutation before. Maybe you can try refreshing/resigning into your account to check if it reflects back.

If the application still does not show up in your account, its best to write to home affairs department, with your fee receipt/account statement showing deduction, and ask them about your future course.

I didn't contact immigration ....I sent everything,  they asked for a  UK police check for my hubby , they really could not of requested anything else ...fast tracked UK police check to immigration a month ago ....it's as if they check details once a month ...then got my visa 309 yesterday ....cannot get a flight in July as none available unless you pay 4500....so looking at August ...16 months of waiting..there is hope everyone xxxx be patient I know it's really hard

Thanks so much .....havnt really taken it in yet .....just got to sort flights out & quarantine for two weeks ouch .....flights are mad prices

You can defer flying out within the first year if flights are an issue, plus the hotel cost is stupid money.
