Approx 1 year. 
No children.

Hope everyone is doing well. I was a quiet member on this forum from last few months, a very helpful platform. Alhumdulillah we got our visa 309 today.

Lodgement:  15 Jan 2019

Generic email requesting BIO and medical: 7 Oct 2019

More info requested ( Wedding photos, 2 supporting Statements from friends/family members, updated police check etc) 14 Oct 2019 provided in two weeks.

Congratulations brother! We lodged on 27th Jan 2019....... got our RFI(for online form 40sp and Sponsors updated PCC) and interview on 11th Oct 2019.......all documents submitted 26 Oct 2019. Haven't heard back from them since then. Please pray for us.

your timelines are very similar to Rajashab. You might get visa within a week or two.
