Hi, Does anyone know the department's policy for partner visa holders whose initial entry date is due but they cannot travel due to COVID-19 restrictions. I know that they are allowed to travel but it's just that the flights have not been available for quite some time.

Hi, Just an update for anybody interested in the timelines. My wife has been granted the 309 visa. Timeline: Lodgement: Jun-2019 Grant: Feb-2020 (Almost 7.60 months) No interview and no contact before the actual grant. Processed at Islamabad High Commission. 1 year for initial entry after the grant date. Thank you to all active members of this forum.

Hi, Many congratulations to you. Are you or the applicant from Pakistan? Was a separate PCC asked for a temporary and permanent address or just the one for the permanent address?

Hi everyone, This forum is very helpful. I really appreciate everyone who contributes to it. Do we have someone who applied in May-2019 and received a grant or RFI? I have applied for my wife in June and still waiting for a case officer to be assigned.
