From which city of Pakistan your friend departed? Did he get his ticket online or via travel agent?

Currently no airline is operating. Qatar is available from mid of December 2020.

No flights available in October 2020. Also 3 or 4 is available which is too much expensive.

Cant find flights. Same issue. Also flights to Sydney, Perth etc are already booked with heavy prices due to capped issue.
