Where ya heading? Already here in Sydney, NSW Really sorry for jumping in on this thread, but i can't create new ones yet and can't see any other suitable ones to ask for advice... I am just about to send off for my partner visa as me and my australian wife just got married a few weeks ago. At the moment i am here on a working holiday visa. Once i have submitted my application, does anyone know how long till i get approved or issues a bridging visa as this current visa runs out on 10th Jan and really don't want to leave my wife here and have to go home. Also, does anyone know someone who can help me find a junior IT support position? I've tried employment agencies and direct applications, but all said until i am a permanent resident (which won'y be for another 2 years) no-one will even give me a chance.
