birdy990
Hi Everyone, As the title explains really. I have 10 years experience in recruitment and have also owned my own business in recruitment for the last 5 years. Looking at a 190 visa and currently score 85 points from what I can see on the government website. Is there really no way of having 10 years experience outweigh the fact I don’t have a degree? TIA
paulhand
You need to be looking at what the specific skills assessment guidelines for your nominated occupation say.

Usually there is. It would be something like, if you don't have a degree then you can claim years of industry experience as being equivalent to a degree. Note that if you use those years as a degree equivalent, you can't also claim them as work experience. That's all determined by the skills assessment. wrussell
For some occupations sufficient, relevant work experience can be counted to compensate for academic/trade qualifications in a pre migration skills assessment and for others it can not.
