coolmittu Posted August 20, 2021 Share Posted August 20, 2021 (edited) Hi All, Please help ..my hearing happened on 04 Aug for Restaurant Manager 187 Nomination and AAT gave time until 25 Aug for more documents after hearing Submitted Business additional documents on 18 th August 2021 can anyone advise is it a positive sign that Aat requested more docs after hearing? Did someone else had the same experience that AAT needs more docs after hearing? Thanks in advance It really depends on what they requested like if its just some normal documents like registration of business and extracts etc. then i can say you have 100% winning chances. Paul0015 Posted August 21, 2021 Share Posted August 21, 2021 Hi Guys I am a little confused and worried about department's processing time after AAT send back matter to immi department as I have seen many people who won their AAT and matter goes back to immi and immi usually ask s56 request after couple of days or couple of weeks and grant their visa after a little time but there are few member in this group who are waiting for over a year and some over 18 months and no update from immi departments. so please share your ideas and timelines as I my AAT approved on 20 July 2021 and waiting for immi update.
