  1. Thank you, Docs requested 9th of April and hearing was on 23 rd July, approval of AAT came on 27th July. Immi requested more docs in the first week of Sep and Visa grants in 3rd week of oct
  2. Sorry, i do not know about that procedure
  3. I think CO is not allocated to your case and unfortunately, the MA can not do anything until the CO is not allocated. I know this because I tried to contact to immi but the customer service centre people (call centre) are unable to assist with anything. Hope you get CO soon to hear the good news, in the mean time i will highly recommend to get your AFP and your home country police clearance done to avoid further delay when your case open.
  4. Thanks, Dear, Yes I will continue.
  5. That doesn't seem right, try to ask your MA to query the department, and did you received the AAT letter that your appeal is approved and to claim the 50% fee.
  6. Is your hearing complted?
  7. With Waheguru blessings, finally, I received my PR approval on Thursday last week . Thank you for everyone's support, and wish everyone the best of luck to get your visa sorted asap.
  8. It depends on the visa subclass, usually with employer sponsor visa 186 or (187 transitional (grant after 457 or 482), doesn't matter much if you leave your employment after the visa grant (though still employer and employee should be under the same page and need valid reason of leaving) and 186 visas never cancelled after grant on the other hand direct entry 187 is a very sensitive visa and can be cancelled after grant if your employer report to the IMMI (regardless of how many years you have worked in the same business and waiting through all the AAT process), though there are some ways through the employee can leave the employment under certain conditions however still needs to stay in the regional area two years post visa grant.
  9. Yea received now after 8 weeks
  10. its takes atleast min 4-6 months mate, make sure to keep you PCC ready (its taking 2-3 months)
  11. DO anyone waiting for Indian PCC, over two months yet no response
  12. Hi Sorry to hear that, I will recommend consulting some experience MA and preferably a ML.
  13. That's is standard procedure mate, my refusal was for the same reason, though all the workers in my workplace were AU citizens, it does not matter if you performing all your duties listed in ANZESCO. wish you the best of luck. One more suggestion I want to give everyone waiting here is that guys get your PCC done, because it's taking a long time to process now, and it does not expire until you do not travel to your country (especially India).
  14. I do not think that is a concern, what was the reason for refusal?
