Don't get stressed , AAT member usually remit back your file to department with decision ready documents , department may ask if there is any document missing. just wait , provide what they have requested . if you are from India and don't have PCC ready , processing time is 1-2 months

no one here ever shared the questions that the member asked to them , I guess anything or everything related to our position can be asked , like our duties , other workers roles etc company related questions to employer.

Few members in this forum waited long to hear from immigration , don't know why AAT website says the following the Department of Home Affairs is responsible for implementing our decision. If you are in Australia and not an Australian citizen or permanent resident, your immigration status may change following our decision. If you have any questions about your immigration status, you should contact the Department. If there is a delay in implementing our decision you can contact the person who represented the Minister at the hearing. They should be able to explain why there might be a delay. You can also contact the Commonwealth Ombudsman if you are unhappy with a delay.

virajhu replied to zijse's topic in Working and Skilled Visas Sukhwinder I will highly recommend calling AAT, in my case I called them and got the hearing date the next day, and the receiver admitted that they received all the documents but failed to click the button and that caused the delay in informing us regarding the hearing date.
