Hi guys My mum got a visitor visa subclass 600 with 3 months entries (multiple entries 3 year grant) and she came australia 2 months ago but we want to extend her stay for another 3 months so can you please guy suggest how can i apply for a new visa and what reason i can mention so she can stay bit longer thanks

Hi there need bit help immi requested for National id card which i have one and supplied straight away but noticed got my father’s name got bit mismatch in my ID card how can i fix this thanks

AAT member does accept documents even on hearing date so don't worry.

your agent supposed to sent you a draft submission but never lose hope as first palace i got an invitation for attend an hearing but after that got cancelled and they approved without hearing so i think you should keep yourself positive and ask your employer to do same. Also you can have a newly sign contract between you and your employer and it will be a good impact on your case. I can see you will get through this. god bless you

Sometimes department can ask you to validate the score as they can see the score but can’t verify so in this case you just need to clarify department that score only exists for 2 years CO will understand your situation. hope this helps

Don’t stress too much mate as department can take longer to finalise the application after AAT remittance, as mine took around 4 months to allocate a case officer and 7 months to grant. So just be patient and get ready your pcc etc.

Good day guys On family sponsored 600 visa for 2 applicants do we need to fill out 2 separate 1149 for or we can just fill out 1 form and attach to both applications Please give your valuable information cheers

Better provide a updated Contract and a reference letter from your employer stating that they still need you
