I'm waiting for 3 month now and haven't hear anything... So I wander is it still possible to get invitation in 2020 with 80 point? Or I should think about plan B? Seeing, the latest trends (especially for Pro Rata) even 90 pointers are not being invited by VIC. I would suggest that you try to increase your points if you do have the option for that. Very little movement for other IT occupations at this stage. If you have employment in Australia you should consider employer sponsorship.
