What are the parameters you consider when deciding which is the best council . Hi , I am in Australia right now - and based on the calculator and existing rules, it shows to be eligible in few months. I found in some threads here that some councils such as the Sunshine coast take very long for the ceremony process to complete. Hence I just want to check which councils are good (or at least not like Sunshine coast council) - so that it does not take very long for the process.
