You apply on line stating the council you reside in. You don’t choose.

Hi guys,

To clarify on what I meant -

1. I want to find a good council

2. And maybe move to that council area

So, please let me know how to find a good council to look at

Thank you

Are you seriously saying that the only criteria on which you are basing your choice of location is how quickly they appear to hold citizenship ceremonies?

To quote my old gran, there's nowt as queer as folk!

What do you mean by good?  I am confused if you are living in Australia now and eligible for citizenship just apply why move?

Hi ,

I am in Australia right now - and based on the calculator and existing rules, it shows to be eligible in few months.

I found in some threads here that some councils such as the Sunshine coast take very long for the ceremony process to complete. Hence I just want to check which councils are good (or at least not  like Sunshine coast council) - so that it does not take very long for the process.
