ITA= Invitation To Apply for visa

The State nom approval = ITA. Basically your 60 day clock starts once you receive confirmation that your state nomination has been approved and you’ll receive an invitation to apply for visa.

I received mine on Dec 4 and had until Feb 1 to lodge my visa.

How long did you wait to get the state nomination from South Australia ?? I mean the time taken to process your State nomination by the state.

So I've just paid my visa fees, and due to the exchange rate it was £150 cheaper than I thought which is a bonus.....but I've just had a message of skillselect saying that I have suspended my EOI because I've applied for the visa.

Is this normal?

Greetings Lavers,

Did you post something ?? Am not able to see that content.

Uday

Hi Uday just trying to remember even though I only did it a couple of months ago.

If its the same as the 190 then you need to create an immi account.

Then I think you accept it through skillselect and it will ask you to log into your immi account.

When you are in your immi account there are 17pages of questions to answer then it asks for all your docs.

You can save this and continue at any point, although you have to go through all the pages again.

When you have submitted all your docs and you are happy, you then have the pleasure of paying your visa fees.

I think it is currently saying 8 - 10 months, also it will depend on if you submit your police checks and medicals with all your other documents.

I haven't submitted my police checks and medicals as I wont a little more time before I move

Not sure on that one, id have thought that if it asks for your MPA on the application then you would have to submit it at the start.

You would have to ask an agent or maybe someone else can help.  I've only picked up little bits of this forum.
