I think so. they are randomly selecting applications. Processing time is not meaningful.

Not really.

Different case officers handle different occupations.

Certain case officers handle the scientific type occupations. Others handle the trade occupations etc. The more complex the case the more senior the case officer that normally handles it hence different processing times for different occupations, for the same type of visa.

24 months Time to be calculated from nomination filing date only?

Doesn't matter when you applied, and to be honest processing time is just a lollipop. Don't waste your time to calculate the "24" months time. BECAUSE IMMI DONT CARE.? . As in my case, I am sitting on 27 months and 10 days and I have applied everything on the same day with complete docs. so how anybody would justify "global visa processing time". not to mention back in June 2016 when i applied my COMPLETE file the RSMS processing time was 6 to 8 months as per GLOBAL VISA PROCESSING TIME.

SO don't really bother yourself to check where are you at. (my advice)

You mind telling me what position you applied for and where?

Thanks
