Hello Friends I need your advice for my current Work experience I am now on BVE I have a work experience as a Motor mechanic from jan 2017 Almost 23 Month experience I applied AAT due to Nomination Refusal last month and it’s processing time 12 to 15 months I have question about my work experience Can I claim point for my work experience during BVE for future application like 489 or 190 visa ? Hi Anandjose Yes you can apply 489 or 190 visa Have you lodged AAT ? if yes and if you are eligible for 489 or 190 then you apply invitation onshore and when invitation granted then you need to lodge visa application offshore

Hello Friends I am Silent follower in this forum I am finally to send my status I got refusal my Nomination dated on 18 Oct 2018 and visa will refuse soon I applied RSMS on Jan 2017 with Nomination Position: Motor mechanic I am on BVE My MA told me to apply AAT I have question about my work experience , I am working as a motor mechanic from jan 2017 So is this experience is counted in Future visa 489 or 190 visa ? Is anyone know any alternative way ? Your help will be much appreciated

Hi Mikesh I am not sure but recently Jan and Feb 2017 Month file processing but they open file Position like Cook , Chef and Manager I am from Jan 2017 QLD

Hi Lillianz They request Medical and afp at the time of Nomination process that means they grant Nomination and visa together Also did immi call you when your file is opened ? Best of luck

Hi Mikesh First step is to get RCB approval You can’t get nomination apprvoal without RCB As per my opinion Good luck
