Hi everyone, thanks to almighty allah for being so generous to us(my wife and a daughter PR granted with nomination this morning without any documents. turnover 2 million and 25 part time and full time emplyee. applied march 1 2017 visa and nomination. pos:cook,56k,ballarat victoria updated every possible documents one can think of both from employer and me. thanks to this group

I dont think there is any such limit.i know a friend who is graphics designer with 42k salary got his PR in canberra

It depends how much your fellow australian cook getting.if same amount then enough if more then it will not be considered as market rate salary

Just wondering did u update your payslips,payg and super showing them they are able to pay i wages.. if immi refuse even after uploading those documents..then its totally lame. they should tell beforehnd any minimum net profit margin to grant visa... thats simply illogicla refusing visa saying not enough profit.

Look like immigration is more busy in allocating file which they can refuse easily.On stronger file they are taking more time so that applicant may give up or waiting to see if owner sell the business or make loss based on that immigration can refuse as much application as they can so unfortunate
