187 Visa Processing Time

Big bird 12

Hi guys. I have got my visa finely.

I have submitted my application on 29. February 2018. And visa was granted on 12 September 2019. I am a restaurant manager.

Now is time to ask about increasing my salary.

Any advice on how to do it? I am worried about I can not get it as I have to stay two years there. So I do not have any leverage.

My wife and I finally got the golden email.  187 approved in less than 2 months.  Hopefully things are speeding up for everyone there too 🙂

I'll say as a peice of advice to anyone out there, work with a good migration agent, although the costs may seem excesive, it's worth the assurance of knowing you have a good case.

Hi everybody

Has anyone had there RCB regretted ? But had the evidence to prove the decision was wrong, which you put the case together to the home office who then granted your visa ?

Thanks

Congrats to y'all for making it through 2019 and for all the remaining ones yet to hear back from immi!

We are almost there, hang on our time will be coming too!

A friend was given 28 days to provide its health check which he did and police clearance, however the police clearance is taking longer and as such, the 28 days will come to an end very soon... is there a possibility to request for an extension and show that he requested the certificate from his country?

Any info I could pass on to him would be great, he will be reading you guys.

Thanks heaps

As far as I know he needs to provide the evidence that he has applied for the police clearance e.g. an official receipt within 28 days.

Hi Everyone,

I applied RCB, nomination and visa altogether on the 8/11/2019, about a week before the scheme was closed. RCB was approved yesterday, 06/12/2019 and it was given me 28 days to do the health examinations and provide my partner’s English score, which we were not expecting to be required now.

Does the timing sound about right?
