can anyone please suggest me whats the basic requirement for 186 visa direct entry ? i have more than 4 years experiance as a chef and have positive skill assessment . working for same company more than 4 years and my certificate iii and iv in commercial cookery through RPL is there any hope to apply for 186 visa

my nomination was approved only visa refused. the reason was applied through RPL Certificate iii & iv in commercial cookery . Co said RPL cant be substitute for RSMS visa

CO said RPL cant be substitute for RSMS 187.234(c) I have AQF certificate III & IV in commercial cookery .

Co Said 187.234(c) RPL can not substitute for all credit transfer for RSMS Visa .

yes, it is certified recognised with in AQF

RCB Applied september 2017 RCB Approved nov 2017 Visa applied september 2017 Nomination approved March 2019 Further documention april 2019 ( RPL documentation , Medical , etc) Visa refused June 2019 Reason not provides some documention like job reference , ato summary but i provided all documention to my lawyer but he did not upload all documention . thats why co is not satisfied with documention and refused visa . what ever documention co mention i provided all to my lwayer but he did not upload anything. anyone have any suggestion for me what need to do .
