Can any body suggest if my studies has finished already. Still i can work part time . Does it have any negative impact on my profile ? This process can be so terrifying. Nomination approved 22/02/19, submitted all requested documents on 14/3 and after more than 2 months of silence, requested fingerprint endorsed by my country national police, submitted 9/5. Avygill Posted May 17, 2019 Share Posted May 17, 2019 I Applied for Nom and Visa as a Retail Manager ACT on 23/02/2018 and since then no news.As i can see some people got nom refused due to owner and director working aswell, same in my case but my MA already mentioned them about this as i can only work 20hrs on my student visa as a manager. So i had to wait 10 months more before i could apply my PR! I have been rather lucky in a way coz my process went pretty fast! Applied 187TRTS from QLD Hotel/Motel manager. Timeline as follows: 2Nov2018 Nomination and Visa lodged 16Apr2019 Medical done 16Apr2019 Nomination approved 01May2019 Visa Granted My question is, how much longer do I have to work here? Also, Joint lease agreement current and previous Joint bank statement going back to 2018 Photos with each other’s parents during visits Superannuation documents nominating each other as beneficiaries Last will and testament or Enduring Power of Attorney And statutory declarations with JP signed. Both cook received nomination in April 2019. But haven’t opened my file of restaurant manager. Finger crossed what’s going. can someone suggest me what’s the possibility rate of Restaurant Manager? Tipu Posted May 18, 2019 Share Posted May 18, 2019 Hi Here Childcare Room Leader ACT After approval of RCB, I filed Nomination on 30.10.2017 Visa on 31.10.2017 Nomination opened on 20.3.2019 Requested some documents which submitted on 15.04.2019 Nomination approved on 23.04.2019 Visa File opened same day and asked some documents like AFP Certificate, Medical, Form 80. submitted on 09.05.2019 No news so far.
