VERYSTORMY
The key is to get the company shipping them involved as early as possible
BobPetairUK
Hey. When you say "back to blightly" do you mean back to UK? If so, then we cant actually help with that unfortunately We can help check paperwork and clear and collect at Heathrow, so figure you may be using someone else based in Australia. Taff
Profound apologies Bob, "Jetpets" not "Petair". I'll ask the mods to move this thread.
Taff
Bloody vet cocked up the chip number on our rabies form, so back we go with them!!
Taff
New forms obtained. They'd also forgotten to put the location of the chip on the form, and had misspelled the breed! Those are now corrected too.

I am surprised an AQIS registered vet was so sloppy, I presume they were AQIS registered? Not sure if this is a requirement for going to the UK but you might want to check with the animal transport company.
Taff
They are registered, and they were mortified to be told they'd cocked up. It was a simple keyboard slip, adding an extra digit to his number by mistake.

That happened to my friends dog and she had to spend 4 more weeks in kennels in Oz not a happy customer at the time
s713
How much for 2 pooches back to UK?
Guest
14 minutes ago, s713 said: How much for 2 pooches back to UK? It will vary on the size of the dog. Crates are made to fit and allow enough room for them to stand and turn round iirc and so measuring of dog/s is important. If you are looking at shipping dogs back, you are best to contact the pet shippers direct as they can give you a quote based on your dogs, location etc.
