Sorry to hear about that, my daughter is 3 & son is 6 we didn’t had any issue. Try different medical examiners Canberra or overseas. But I don’t think 3yr old doesn’t speak is a big issue. I have friend his son doesn’t speak at all, he is 5 but he got PR. But he got his PR first than he he applied for family. If you applied together then all have to pass all the checks at the same time. Wish you luck bro

Also they don’t refuse visa on medical grounds until his health is going to effect others or it’s rare diseas gonna cost healthcare a lot of money. In that case you still have right to appeal

is there a template for Statutory declaration?

Yes there is but different form is required for different reasons:

Two examples are below; your MA shall provide you based on your case;

Congrates ! Mate

Dear Muhammad,

can you share your experience about your child medical examination. You must have children. Did you have any issue regarding your child ?. My son has issue with speaking language in full sentence and toilet training etc. His age is only 3and half. Eventually it seems like immigration medical officer makes it an issue. Now they did not ask any further documents yet but they will ask soon as it appears in my immi account inbox about health examination.

Did they ask you anything like this, please share.

or anyone here in this forum has similiar experience like this. Please share.

Thanks

Hi, I don't think that not being able to speak in full sentence and not being toilet trained at 3.5 years alone can be an issue.  There are other factors a developmental specialist will look into before deciding if its an issue.  For example, can the child follow simple direction, does he/she respond when others call spoken too etc (just to mention a few) .

Thanks mate, my MA said its not required unless the department asks for it. I just want to be sure and submit everything.

Nothing to worry, this is very common in children.  My son did not speak a word till he was 3-4 ..... except Ma or Da ... took him to speech therapist for few months...  Years ago.... Now he talks so much, wouldn't stop chattering..  ?

Has anyone noticed that the recent Acknowledgement Letter does not have Processing team information on the footer of the Letter? Does anyone has the same?

Yes, mine is the same. No idea what processing team are dealing with mine.

Maybe they removed it to stop people calling up and contacting them for updates.
