Thanks Hi, I don't think that not being able to speak in full sentence and not being toilet trained at 3.5 years alone can be an issue. There are other factors a developmental specialist will look into before deciding if its an issue. Nothing to worry, this is very common in children. My son did not speak a word till he was 3-4 ..... except Ma or Da ... took him to speech therapist for few months... Years ago....
