Nemesis
Apart from the certificates, where you should probably carry the originals as well, just scan it all and stick it on a USB.
VERYSTORMY
There will be a range of documents for the dog which you will need the originals for. Your pet shipper should give you these. Also, if the dog has any health / vet records, you can request these from the vet and take them so that the new UK vet has them
suesmalls
Have you also requested copies of your own and children's medical and dental records to take with you - I am doing this as I have some knee issues and need the history for future use. Just thought I'd mention that. Thanks for the list though - so much easier if you can learn from others.
Martinbjulieb
Wasn't sure if you could do this or if the new doctor/dentist has to do it. Will definitely check it out, thanks! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
suesmalls
Hi @Martinbjulieb yes you have entitlement to your medical and dental records - if you run into any issues they can't withhold them and don't think you will. Most Dr's tend to have electronic records these days anyway so can be downloaded onto stick. Given you are moving overseas it's not because you don't want to use that practice anymore so hopefully you will get access without any issues. Definitely get your vet records too - just makes easier when explaining your past history. Hope you get some interest in the home over the weekend. evets
Do you have a dropbox, google drive or equivalent then upload copies to there as a backup just in case. Also opticians records, if you or the family wear specs. Maybe, and I do not think this required for the UK, a full list of the items you are shipping and any receipts/invoices you may still have. Martinbjulieb
Thanks @evets. Yes we use drop box, so that is a good idea. I will add the optician records to my list! I think a list of the items goes with the container but I will make a copy too. Thanks! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
