Micgeo Posted November 12, 2016 Share Posted November 12, 2016 (edited) How do they check my past employers(reference letters)? they check 3 weeks ago on of them(overseas through embassy) the problem with the other one is,business open after 7pm and they can't find him by phone because the embassy closes 3 pm is there another way they can contact him? prita Posted November 12, 2016 Share Posted November 12, 2016 hi guys,im writing again, dont know if anybody remembered my posts, i posted on 28/9/16 tht my 457 refused, my sponsor had been informed tht he did not full fill the requirements for training benchmark ( i dont have much details and dont even know wht is all this abt) but he had been given 21 days of time if he had any queries and can apply for review the application, my employer now fullfilled the requirement and has re submitted the sbs again a month ago, i.e. 19/9/16, if any one can help me to know... what r the chances of approval now and how much time it will take again in processing any help is much appreciated. my time line: Sponsorship and nomination applied - 17th may 2016 visa applied - 30th may request for medical - 19 july submitted following week natural injustice - 28/09/16 resubmission of sbs - 19/09/2016 hi have anybody got a new TRN after the resubmission or its the old one only, my MA said we cant check the status after resubmission and are only left with choice of getting update from DIBP is this true?? pls if anyone can throw some light on this.. What is the occupation you applying for? Are you still waiting for this company approval or made fresh application? What is your migration agents suggesting you do now? hi have you got a new TRN after the resubmission or its the old one only, how do u check your status? my MA said we cant check the status after resubmission and are only left with choice of getting update from DIBP is this true?? pls if anyone can throw some light on this.. apoudel35 Posted November 14, 2016 Share Posted November 14, 2016 I emailed them on the 25th October asking for an update as its been 40 days and their reply was " The information provided is in the process of being assessed and the application will be finalised as soon as practicable. We will contact you at that time to advise you of the outcome." I received this reply on Friday Nov 4th this was from Perth Processing centre, No other updates as yet. We have recently moved to a global allocation model for processing cases. The network is processing applications lodged from 27 September 2016 onwards (the current assessment date will be updated weekly on a Monday).Please note the auto-response was updated on 14 November 2016 with new information on the initial assessment date for processing. I *think* they marked my email address as spam cos I've been sending them blank emails every Monday and maybe they caught on with what I was doing... anyway I used another email address and got the auto reply this time round. jazz1985 Posted November 15, 2016 Share Posted November 15, 2016 so i have been asked for 6 additional docs .. evidence of genuine position.. -evidence that position has not been created. -position is consistent with the tasks mentioned in the ANZSCO - evidence of position is consistent with nature of business - explanation of duties between nominated position and direct supervisor -explanation of the time to be spent on the position outlined. -financial records of business that proves business can afford the nominated position..
