They're already processing/approving applications submitted mid November so there must be a problem

application submitted mid Oct, should have been decision ready, low risk country, sponsor etc already approved. Haven't heard anything. Bad sign right?

this is the second time for him too. After waiting basically a year it was rejected because they couldn't get hold of one of his references.

Dang. I think you skipped the queue somehow... that's less than the current 7 week processing time. Makes me more worried for my friend's visa though, was due to be looked at this week (submitted Oct 6) but no news

Well, it's Friday and the email auto response still hasn't been updated, don't know if that means they've fallen a week further behind in processing new applications or if someone just forgot to update it. Anyone who submitted 7 weeks ago heard anything this week?
