Guest Posted December 15, 2013 Share Posted December 15, 2013 I've long wanted to see a koala in the wild. On previous visits I had to resort to a wildlife park to see a koala up a tree. Anyways, today we were on our way back from Mount Lofty and on a back road and lo, there was a koala in the distance, up a gum tree. Eng32 Posted December 15, 2013 Share Posted December 15, 2013 Really cute photos. btw there are wild Koalas at Noosa Heads national park, on the Sunny coast Qld. We have been there about 4 times and seen Koalas every time. A sign gets put up that tells you were the Koalas have been spotted that day so it makes it easier to go find them. We haven't seen any in the wild, but they are in the bush around our suburb and people do see them from time to time.
