Shugah
Hi fellas, I have read forum regarding secondary applicant entry without primary and all. I'm still not sure as I would like lads to share their own experience on this matter. Any info or advice is much appreciated. Me Visa 190 Secondary Applicant , am thinking of going to kangrooland before my wife ( main applicant ). On our VISA GRANT NOTICE the visa conditions is NIL for both of us. Is it going to be a problem that if my wife is not there or the visa wont be active till she makes her entry? Any info would be helpful, waiting to hear from you folks. Cheers, Shugah

lebourvellec
If you don't have the 8502 condition you can enter Australia first to validate you visa. But your wife's visa will not be validated until she makes first entry.
rammygirl
To answer the original question. If you do not have the condition main applicant to enter first, then as long as you both enter before the given date it does not matter who goes first.
