Guest51810
How many flakes did you get lol jk. Most of ours melted but its slippy on the pavements. I had to laugh because the council havent gritted anywhere other than the road but no pavements where i live but they gritted their own path right outside the council building

jimmyay1
sending the kids home for half an inch of wet snow is ridiculous but very British.

newjez
There was a fair bit in Arundel. It was enough to slow the motorway to 30. Covered the roads so you couldn't see the white lines. Bit hairy for a bit as my car doesn't like rain, never mind snow. But it didn't last long.
Guest51810
Its just pure ice here now, this is the 2nd day in a row that ive nearly fell. I swear to god someones poured a bucket of water on my driveway and outside my door, it was dry earlier but when i came back it was wet like someone had been washing the car or something! I dont like it when it goes from mild to this!

Why, there was more snow than that at the kids school and there was no talk of being sent home.
