    You need to upload these documents. Also upload a text document indicating the circumstances of your situation. This will obviously be considered within your application. If you cannot get other documents, then you cannot. But you need to upload what you have.

On item 2.3 purpose type select "Commonwealth Employment / Purpose" 5. On item 2.3 purpose of check select "33 - Immigration/Citizenship" It will provide you with ALL OFFENCES. Good luck!

    We uploaded our documents last night/today! Fingers crossed they'll give the VISA tomorrow. One question, how long have you been Married?

    Our timeline looks very similar, applied May 8, had RFI for National Police check in Russia and some additional health documents. Interesting! Interested in when they will continue processing, our application is now in Further Assessment, assume you are also in Further Assessment.

    Sponsors National Police check for Russia. We also had an 815 form to fill out. Both already uploaded yesterday/today.

    We are applying from Russia and it looks like our application is being processed in Germany. It's been seven months and we are going through Further Assessment. Hopefully this is a sign that the processing of 309 VISAs is going to be a little faster.

    It seems the Berlin VISA processing centre is picking up a lot of work. We just had an RFI, VISA Applied from Russia (100/309). We expected that our processing would take place in Belgrade Serbia, but it's been done in Berlin. It looks like they are getting through a lot of the cases.

    We were able to secure a Biometrics appointment in Russia, everything is looking more positive now.
