Timeline on 309/100 via applied for in London
CEP replied to Nadine1's topic in Family / Partner Visas
Ok - so I've just come back down to earth lol! I could barely type earlier!! I'm so very overwhelmed by the support and genuine well wishes from everyone here. It absolutely means so much. As you are all aware, its a difficult process, which can only be understood by those experiencing the exact same thing. I cannot thank you enough for picking me up when I've been down. I've made some good friends on here and I hope that we can somehow stay in touch going forward. I'll be staying around on here as 1) I want to see everyone go through lol and 2) I'll be moving into 820/801 territory in a few months time. You dont get rid of me that easily lol!!- 3,663 replies

@AdStanna thank you so much. I’ve woken up a bit now and read your post properly lol. (I’m a she btw lol!) Im overwhelmed by the kind words and thoughts from people. And if @Katiebobbles is correct about immi stalkers then here’s a message: I promise to continue to maintain the spreadsheet it is a hideous process and one that has resulted in me not sleeping properly in months. I mean, in what other setting would you happily hand over thousands of pounds only to be told you can’t question anything, continually moving goalposts s, so have no idea if you’ve just lost £4K?!?! a good nights sleep in the new apartment on the weekend would be just lovely this can only be achieved by a visa grant.- 3,663 replies

Uploading of documents and submitting application form online
CEP replied to Aussiebird's topic in Family / Partner Visas
If you have a scanner, I’d be more inclined to use that. Of course that’s my personal preference. I know there’s many people on here who have used an app to scan on their tablets or phones and had no issues with the docs. -
Uploading of documents and submitting application form online
CEP replied to Aussiebird's topic in Family / Partner Visas
Hiya you submit documents after payment. if you are asking whether you can scan and upload from the tablet then I believe you will need to use a separate app. Someone will be able to help me With the details here, but I think there’s an app which scans your document (ie takes a photo using the camera on the tablet) then converts it to PDF- an accepted format for upload. I was old school and used a desktop pc and scanner. once you get into the swing of uploading it’s straightforward. But remember, you can’t remove documents from your application once uploaded. -

@majjji this thread is specifically London processing so I’m not sure you’ll find your answer here. There is another thread where there are some applicants from Pakistan which may be able to help you.- 3,663 replies

Hi form 888 -correct for supporting statements, needs to be signed in front of an appropriate person (Listed in the form) form 80 - character requirements. I completed mine by hand and then scanned it. 40sp- this is the application for the sponsor to complete. You can start it from the same immi account or your partner can complete it from their own immi account. You complete this after you submit your application. You will need the reference number from the submitted application (47sp) to start the 40sp. ACRO- uk police clearance certificate AFP- Australian federal police check personal statement- we made sure we addressed the 4 areas. My statement was significantly longer than my partners, mine contained more of a running commentary - as we’re applying for a Pmv we have had long periods of time apart so it included dates of visits, what we did, what we plan to do in the future etc

@Paddsy my current visa restrictions wouldn’t allow it although if I had a visa... I could work on such a solution and in turn pay tax on my earnings....#winwin for them- 3,663 replies
