  1. Going to be honest. If they are not willing to show all documents then it sounds pretty dodgy and you wont get the visa. Cant expect them to grant a visa when the business is not willing to completely disclose their position...
  2. Probably not mate...sorry to hear
  3. I thought someone had answered this for you no? Sorry i don't know the answer as I did my application myself.
  4. Changes each month. Some months its the 22nd, the next the 15th. Somewhere in-between but definitely will be soon. I sort of feel the processing times are pointless as they can be easily manipulated or affected by what occupations are currently being processed. Some occupations have less applications and therefore can be turned round quicker for example. I wouldn't pay too much attention - taken me a year to realise that!
  5. I would just like to apologise for my poor grammar reading that last post. I'm always distracted and typing the posts on my phone so repeat/spell things wrong constantly. Ive also got fat fingers! I cringed when I read it back..
  6. I've put on 10kg mate so you should be happy hahaha! Almost exactly the same situation for me to apart from that. We will be alright I reckon. The people who are processing the file are doing the best they can, Breaking down those Guardia figures I reckon they are having a good crack at it on limited resources.... Example: 165,000 forecasted approved visa by 30 June 2018. 138,000 approved at the end of April 2018. That leaves estimated 27,000 to process in 2 months. The article said two thirds of the approvals are skilled work visas so that means 18,000 for ENS over those two months. Thats means they are approving 2,250 a week!....But thats only approvals which means they are processing more. There is roughly a 15% refusal rate so that means we need to add 15% on top of the 2,250. The result is that immigration is processing approximately 2,587 applications per week! So before July, roughly they will go through 5,200 more applications or 71 applications an hour!
  7. Haha. Yeah I always feel like there is going to be an email in the messages bit and there never is. Mate I feel you. Its super ingrained into my daily life but I have just accepted it! I figure I'm going to be waiting maybe another 6 months (that would make it 18 months) as Im just pretty unlucky so no point fretting too much.
  8. Oh no thats not good. I guess in your appeal your company will need to show that they are going to be in a strong financial position... When did you apply?
  9. What was the reason? What were the details of your application? Assuming you are marketing if you are commenting on this thread? Sorry to hear ?
  10. Remember its not a target they are saying now - the 190k is a ceiling. The 165k is just a forecasted figure, not something they are aiming for necessarily accord to the report and spokesperson.
  11. More like 9k if you work out the figures against the time remaining in the month.
  12. I had seen something similar a few months ago but now we are getting to the EOFY its becoming much clearer in terms of the final numbers. As expected all things considered. Good post - thank you.
  13. Yeah same for two 457's. Wondered it its worth logging into Immi every 4 hours but it seems the best bet is to just wait for the emails!!
  14. I really hope so man. Ive had a tough one last 6 months and now things have drastically improved I could do with a little sweetener such as PR! Pumped you got it though mate!
  15. Hey @millski88 did you see the status change or get the email first? I want to envision mine coming through!
  16. HOLY SH1T!!! I can't believe it neither!! Thats insane mate. so happy for you! Jealous as a duck but still very happy for you!!!! Hahaha
  17. Yeah I am. TRT visa, 1 person, low risk country. EDIT: Sorry thought you were talking to me.
