Well I just logged on to my immi account and notice that the processing time it’s showing is 13-14 months but officially its still 12-13 months.... anyway how does it matters.... they will take as long as they need to [emoji3][emoji3]

They asked AFP for me and my husband... then super and salary statements for both employer and me and last three years notice of assessment for me.

15 months 6 days....last submitted docs on 6/12/17 (asked by CO ) no news since then

I was asked docs twice after CO allocation to my file. Last submitted docs 9 months ago but still haven’t heard anything from them. I called all most every month to find out about my file. In the beginning around jan18 to april 18 they kept saying waiting for the first available co to open my file. [emoji848][emoji848] (wonder what happened to CO who asked for docs) then next couple of months they said CO is assessing my file....ok ....waited .... again in june they said they have worked on your file last month, last week too looks like waiting for some information .... it made me more excited and waiting game started again..... then july I called a lady answered saying there is no point you calling us again and again we will not tell you any work done on your visa. Only your MA or employer can talk to us to find out about this application..... now MA says they won’t tell us too exactly what they are or have been doing with this application so no use contacting them......and again waiting waiting and waiting Now by telling you all this I don’t want to hurt you or guide you about processing time.... i just want to tell you that don’t believe in any rubbish they tell you over the phone as I think they themselves doesn’t know whats being done on file they just say random stuff to keep us waiting....don’t be so hopeful or super excited about anything just by a phone conversation because its breaks when the waiting game time keep increasing. It might come tonight or it may take 5 months ....just don’t think about it. I am telling you cause I am going through it and think i have gone into deep depression that even if i want i am finding it hard to come out of it or stop thinking about it. It’s affecting whole family .... just try not to be super excited by any phone conversation as if it didn’t come any soon then you will end up worrying and thinking more about it. I got attracted to this stupid game and now suffering internally. All the best

Occupation- Dental Tech Nom + visa Applied - 11/5/17 Ist AFP requested - 19/10/17 2nd docs requested - 22/11/17 ( salary and super statement for both employer and me. Notice of assessment for me etc) Submitted on 6/12/17 no news since then...called 4 times...answer is your file is under processing...will inform you when finalized. waiting.... waiting.....waiting!!!!

I applied in may 17 ...have been requested docs twice...and haven’t heard anything after nov 2017 ...eveytime i call they say waiting for some information....and i have a gut feeling that they will surely do spot check.... and every time i see someone unusual i feel they are from immigration... not sure if they going to tell us that they are from immi or its gonna be secret visit

Mine is exactly similar to yours as I applied on 11/5/17 both visa + nomination 19/10/17 CO asked AFP for me and my husband Submitted same day ( but they wanted complete disclosure and by mistake I had standard disclosure one) 22/11/17 CO called work and my boss confirmed my job title salary and days I work. Later that day CO sent a request for more docs which were AFP again ( as we didn’t realise it till then that we have given the standard one) salary and super statements for both employer and me and notice of assessment for last 3 years for me. Submitted all docs on 6/12/17 Waiting since then .... looks like they are working on both files together as they have not approved nomination or visa ????

Hi Everyone Asking the same question again Does anyone have any contact number to call them to find about my file? I tried all i had none is going through. I know they have closed the lines from March but just wondering in case if any one contacted after March might have the number, which could help me!!

Somebody please give me the number to contact immigration as the one I had is on an automated recording about their site and the one on bridging visa is saying check the number and dial again......i want to call them to find out about my application...please if anyone can help. Thanks

I am almost in similar situation. Applied visa + nomination on - 11/5/17 File opened on 19/10/17- asked for PCC Submitted same day Called business on 22/11/17 - I answered she ask for boss I said he is not available. May I know what is it about? She said I am from immigration and can’t discuss it with me. I said ok (she didn’t know who I am as I didn’t mention my name). Then she said can I please ask you one thing??? I said yes. She said Is someone by this ....name works at your clinic ? I said yes. She said thanks and hung up. Then she straight away called my employer. After that she requested more docs 22/11/17- salary and super statements for both employer and me and notice of assessment for me, etc Submitted on 6/12/17- in a sequence, highlighted and organised manner But nothing heard since then Called them thrice- they said my file looks good and they are waiting for nomination approval. My MA emailed once - replied the file is under processing and you will be contacted if any further docs required. No news since then and that’s what frustrating me.....they ask for docs -people submit - they sometimes open in a week and finalise And here I am waiting from 5 months and have no clue what is happening with my file.....hope we all get it soon. It was my decision to come to Australia and 3 more lives struck with me hanging between visas from last 7.5 years. But I still strongly believe that I made the right decision and no hurdles in life can break me....stay strong and positive

And also the docs are pretty straightforward with company already approved with 1 186visa and 2 457 visas whereas now both applied for 186visa for the same position 1. Mine applied in May 2017 And 2. Applied in Feb 2018 for same occupation Thinking of this visa taking this long to finalise scares the hell out of me sometimes..... just hanging in between of everything..... well none of us can do anything...just wait
