I called them couple of times . Once they said Most of Co is on holidays my case will be opened by first available officer and second time said my docs all good just waiting for nomination approval

Actually none of us can say anything exactly...i think it depends case to case...we can just guess what they do or don’t by each others stories For me they asked docs Docs requested- 19/10/17 Submitted - 19/10/17 Opened on 23/11/17 Days in b/w - 34 days Asked more docs Submitted 6/12/17 Not opened till today - Days in b/w - 2 months 9 days Hope they open the files soon for all of us ??

They asked the exact same docs from me and my employer...we gave super statements, salary statements, pay G and letter from employer confirming the employment from first day....we did not submit salary slips... submitted docs on 6/12/17 and still waiting....

No nothing yet .... I called immi the other day ... he said my docs are all good...my file is waiting for the nomination to be approved...I asked agent to find out what’s happening on nomination file...he said to wait and also said even if he ask immigration...they will just say ...assessment in progress...they won’t tell what’s happening at the Backend...so just waiting

My docs submitted on 6/12/17 .... still showing assessment in progress....MA says to wait .... can’t predict how long it will take.

If you have got nomination approved then why don’t you call them to find out what’s happening with your visa application....I submitted requested docs on 6/12/17 ...just been 1 and a half months and I have called them twice.... I wonder how are you being patient.... we all wake up with a hope every morning and the day ends with sadness.... but i think you should call them to find out about ur visa application.... i spoke to someone at immi today .... he told me that co for nomination and co for visa are different...I don’t know if that’s the case with everyone....and i doubted it as me and my employer were being asked the documents by same co. ....so just to confirm I asked him again and he answered same ....call them...hope you get something soon

I called immi to check on my file.... the person on other side was awesome.... I didn’t feel at all that I have called immi .... he attended very well.... he said my file is waiting on nomination approval... he said my file looks all good ... but he can’t check nomination application unless my employer or his agent ask him to check.... I asked is my application CO and nomination application CO are two different CO’s .... he said yes....and also said if you want to find out what’s happening on nomination application ask employer or agent to call. ...he was really a good man.... I felt very comfortable talking to him unlike last time.....that lady said be patient.....this being patient game will make us depression patient for sure[emoji16][emoji16].....even though nothing changed on file ...but still feeling good and hopeful [emoji4][emoji4]

Hi Applied visa + nomination = 11/5/17 Docs requested = 19/10/17 Submitted same day Again docs requested = 23/11/17 Submitted on 6/12/17 No news since then...asked agent to call them he said they won’t update anything if CO has allocated to file... just wait.... Loosing patience now[emoji18][emoji18]

I called immi they said they are waiting for next available case officer to open the file again... the lady on other side said we would like you to be patient...as most of the case officer are on holidays...please wait...

If you don’t hear anything till 22/12/17 then don’t wait till 15th of Jan ....people usually go on holidays from 22 to 15th...if anyone of us is the luckiest one then CO might not go on holidays other then public holidays [emoji16][emoji16]

Hi My CO asked for docs and it’s written in email to inform her in writing after providing docs. I asked my lawyer to write her an email. He said we don’t need to. Can I write an email to her from my personal email informing that we have provided the information she requested on immi account??? Is it ok to contact her my self or it can go against me?? Please advise Thanks

Infact I have a gut feeling that as soon as we send email to CO to inform about the uploaded docs ...we might get it in a week ...i might email my lawyer again to ask him to click on the button if he has uploaded all the information

I can see all the file only my salary statements I can’t see attached....but my lawyer said he has attached all requested information... i am too thinking of pressing the button myself but then I don’t want to do anything to ruin the case if anything went wrong....also it says on the mail from CO that please notify in writing for which my lawyer said that if we upload docs on immi account we shouldn’t worry about notifying in writing as this is the standard information we get in all emails from immigration...he said

Hi there My CO asked for further docs on 23/11/17... I gave all the docs to my lawyer....he is saying he has uploaded all the docs to my immi account...but whenever I login I can see the docs uploaded but he has not clicked on the information provided button....still its showing information requested....is it necessary to click on information provided button or CO can still find out that the information that she requested has been given ?? Please help if anyone have any idea. I did remind my lawyer but he still hasn’t clicked on it. Don’t know what is happening. Please advise
