Hi there My CO asked for further docs on 23/11/17... I gave all the docs to my lawyer....he is saying he has uploaded all the docs to my immi account...but whenever I login I can see the docs uploaded but he has not clicked on the information provided button....still its showing information requested....is it necessary to click on information provided button or CO can still find out that the information that she requested has been given ?? Please help if anyone have any idea. I did remind my lawyer but he still hasn’t clicked on it. Don’t know what is happening. Please advise

I have not submitted docs yet .....has give all to my lawyer he is assessing those and will update soon

They asked for salary account statement and super statement for both mine and employer and also group certificate for 2017 and a letter from employer confirming that i have worked with him for 2 years

I applied in may 2017 Applied on 11-5-17 = nomination + visa 186 Information Requested by CO on 19/10/17 Again Information Requested on 22/11/17 I am still collecting docs. When did you apply??

I applied for 186 visa plus nomination on 11/05/17 for dental technician position. Got CO allocated in October, he opened the file and asked for police clearance certificate for both overseas and here. My lawyer uploaded same day and informed that these has been already uploaded at the time of lodgement also. Since then haven’t heard anything from them. On checking ImmiAccount it show “Assessment in progress “. Just wondering is it possible that after asking our police clearances they have sent them for world record check as I was told by someone that they send records to somewhere to check criminal records all over the world if any.....It does take long to get results [emoji3][emoji3]...my mind is overthinking now [emoji13][emoji13]....hope to hear something soon ???

My file opened on 19/10/17......CO asked for police clearances,uploaded same day and now it shows assessment in progress.....fingers crossed ? [emoji4]

Dental technician....I don't think so coz I didn't heard anything from my lawyer.... will update if any ....well he said to wait for 6 months but these posts up here are making me think that there could be chances that file can open before 6 months.....
