Visa + nomination applied - 11/5/17 PCC Requested- 19/10/17 Submitted same day Salary statements, super statement, notice of assessment requested- 22/11/17 Submitted on 6/12/17 Nothing heard since then ...tried calling and emailed...they reply the file is under processing. Occupation - Dental Technician Wait...wait...wait....tired of this waiting game

I don’t want to disappoint you by my story as we all have different destiny.... but i applied nom and visa on 11/5/17 and my file was opened at 5.5 months asked for docs again opened exact after 28days and asked further docs.... I submitted docs on 6/12/17 but since then no news .... I called them 3 times and my MA emailed them once ..... every time I got the reply that file is under processing.... when I submitted further docs I was so hopeful that they will open file again in 28days but don’t whether its my luck or what.... I understand people are waiting for years without news and are sad....but my file opened when I wasn’t even thinking about it and since then everyday this PR thing got struck in my mind.... i have already crossed 11 months and still waiting..... sometimes I loose hope, get angry at my loved ones for no reason, get annoyed easily then there comes days when I am so hopeful but by the end of the day same story.... don’t know how to control myself and stop thinking about it.... people say don’t think about it and it will come ..... but can’t.... well as I mentioned that everyone has different destiny so there could be chances that you might get it in a week but I would suggest to not put all your thoughts and hopes in this as it hurts more when you have to wait longer even after your case has been opened

Congratulations dear !! I applied both nom and visa on 11/5/17 have been asked for docs twice.... last submitted docs on 6th of December 2017 but haven’t heard anything yet.... happy for you but bit sad for myself as we applied on same date but no news as yet Congratulations once again

Mine was expiring on 11/5/18 they already sent me new card without asking

Check the AFP you already have .... if your current AFP is still valid then only reason of asking it again could be standard or complete disclosure.

On top it says STandard disclosure or Complete disclosure

Just check which AFP they are after as I submit mine AFP but CO again asked for other one and we again attached the same one then when she Opened the file next she explained what AFP she is after..... my first one was standard disclosure and for visa purposes they need complete disclosure

Hi dear They actually don’t give any proper updates on files. My nom + visa applied = 11/5/17 Futher docs requested = 19/10/17 Submitted same day Again further docs requested = 23/11/17 Submitted on 6/12/17 No news after that .....I called them 3 times just saying waiting for nomination results. I ask my MA to email them and send a copy to me as well. He sent email seeking updates on file as already crossed 10 months The reply they sent was ..... your case is under processing and we will inform you if any further docs required So just standard answer for every case I guess

Hi dear I called immigration today asking update on my file. They said waiting for nomination approval to finalise my application. I asked my employer to check on nomination file. He said no he doesn’t want to call immigration. My question is the time when you called your nomination was not approved. It was approved a day after your call. So did you get chance to speak to someone about whole file or you just spoke about your visa file?? I mean is there any chance i can call them and find out about nomination file Thanks

CO asked me bank statements for last 2 years and also for my employer I gave all mine and my employer only gave for the dates he has transferred my salary on otherwise his would have been a big book as his business account has 1000’s of transactions a day

My assessment in progress changed to further assessment. I applied on 11/5/17 ...last updated showing 6/12/17 as We submitted docs on that day .... but I wonder how so many people has same last updated date similar

Hi dear I am in the same boat.... my docs requested on 23/11/17 ...submitted on 6/12/17 ... waiting since then ...called immi twice ... first time lady said that COs are on holidays for Christmas and first available officer will take my case after holidays ..... second time a gentleman said that my file is all good to go ... only waiting for nomination approval.... MA said to wait as immi is going slow and strict on files applied after 457 changes announcements.... almost 3 months since docs submitted...and still waiting

No good news today guys??? I tell you i am addicted to this group. I login every two hours to see post and i have not logged in to immi from last one week. As if my visa will be updated here first ??[emoji23][emoji23]....infact my parents ask me about this group every day...they ask if anyone else got visa ???
