    Just looking for tips, i'm filling out the Form 80 for my partner application and have got to the question on personal contacts in Australia, my question is, how many do I put down, everyone I know?     Once you are on a bva you are no longer on a tourist visa so no, you don't have to leave after 3 months. In fact on a bva you can't leave and renter, without applying for a bvb! So you are on a bva until your visa is granted! Sent from my iPhone using PomsinOz
