generally over 6 months and having a co allocated doesnt mean your app is assessing, probably need couple more weeks or even months for a co starting working on your case

just out of curious, since recently there are less approvals here, is it really not as many approvals as before or someone might received refusal not shared here? those negative info might be more worthy to analyse here than good news

I heard the pcc could work forever for the country where u ve never back and lived in, in another word it's impossible to commit a crime while u r not there, so a ten years old pcc still works as long as u have never back that place. This is my understanding

U gonna have to fulfill all criteria which is clearly listed on website to go through 186 stream on your occupation, and one of those is skill assessment which is for some job position tougher to pass.

maybe depends on the backgrounds shown by the files applicant submitted, co might run different checks on it which could lead to varied timeframe. just my guess.

Morning mateThe 457 processing is simpler on both nomination and visa i believe, it probably cost half time than 186 and i heard someone got visa within one month.Plus u dont have to deal with acs since IT position doesn't involve assessment for 457, theres a list on the website for jobs which need assessment to apply
