  1. technically, yes, but none of who didnt reach this requirement in any troubles, not that i heard the reasons of changing job r various and complicated, doesnt seem fair to force a pr to do a job against their will i wont consider it as a problem though.
  2. better reach 24months fulltime job for one employer, switch company with different abn could cost many troubles, the worst could be having to start over with new job. after pr approval, then u r free to do what ever you want ,even stay unemployment, hence having a job in another field wont be a problem. just my understanding, better come to a professional for some solid advises
  3. Korea is LR i guess, Korean passport holder could apply an ETA, which means korea is trusted by au authorities.
  4. 1000 spread all over the whole dibp i guess, no specific data for how many officer work with migrant visa have been given redundancy, just wondering
  5. thank you guys for sharing infor from ma and immi, truly helpful and inspiring but i cant believe they r still working on apps from last financial year while 7months of current financial year has passed. hope they speed up as soon as new recruitment fills the lack of employment
  6. not in au yet, Richo, im aware that both 186 and 457 have their downs and ups, based on what u mentioned here, some of which r new to me thanks btw, 186 seems to be a better choice, hope the waiting could end earlier to us, fingers crossed
  7. thank you april for sharing seems the process has been backward to march and april from june and july they just want to stick with their plan of processing cases between feb and june, cant complaint about it.
  8. Hi Richo i believe your suspect is quite reasonable , LOL my wife has same vision too, she said pr will be approved before it hits eight months which is fair enough prediction. on the other hand i have been thinking 457 for a while, you know in case either 186 fail or take much longer, it might not bad idea to turn another way, most important thing for my family is to start life in au . more waiting would hold back our plans, and sometimes plans are no longer plans if the perfect timing pass. for now starting to think about a plan B would helps with anxiety of waiting and gives some sort of hope about life itself. anyway, we are far away from the worst situation. try to be positive here with family. cheers, mate
  9. unlikely hap is generated while app submitted, the officer sent you email could be your co or not, not guaranteed. whats your timeline BTW?
  10. why? u still got co allocated short than average timeframe, after submitted requested docs, the visa will coming soon. just be patient a little longer, mate.
  11. great news for all de applicants , thanks for sharing ,mate hope u will have visa approved within few days
  12. this is data from two months ago, they might hold onto de recently, maybe from the first jan this year, for instance anyway, we need a latest approval for de to support the theory.
  13. That sounds totally weird as it is, u may wanna call immi on that. I did mine with a code with which i registered at medicheck center. The code came with a letter afterward app lodged, u could chech it with your ma if u have one.
