Hey guys, call of duty i should post my recent updates here my case has been finalized on 7 march and visa has been granted, the center is vic both nom and visa applied on 30 june, direct entry, high risk, three person, tried to submit all doc and it worked, only my wife english score was asked additional info asked early of feb, visa part is on 17, not sure about nom so just assume it is around that date now i have mixed felling after had my pr visa, i am gonna have to finish everything shortly here where i spent over decades with so much memories, it is both happy and painful i guess. i have to say my ma was doing job of my case smoothly, and she helped my a lot with my anxiety and pressure by being patient with all ridiculous questions i asked and most importantly, i wanna thank all guys here which keeps my hope going for this long time, this community couldnt be the best without all contributions you guys put on here wish the best to all of you waiting here cheers

Yes, u have to have a passport to apply a visa I agree the passport is first thing u should get done for baby

not yet just let agent handling things so far for now the most important thing is to get nomination approved , otherwise cant make any further on visa part so i am pushing my agent to working with employer on that. how is yours?

really? have you tried uploading file by click attach button under every single applicant? by the way, you can call co to inform that requested files have been submitted.

normally depends on what extra docs have they asked for files requested on both nom and visa could cost a little more time for you to submit and co to work back on

yes sth like you attached here this phone number is definitely a VIC number, cuz it starts with 03, and the email address starts with NSW, u can see where i got confused

keep posted indeed i cant figure out which team is porcessing my case , the requesting letter shows a name with position number and a office email address which appears NSW, but on the foot of letter it says VIC PESE, which is totally confusing me

still at same stage as two weeks ago but i did ask agent to call on the dept, and asked for priority as well i guess hope to hear sth by weekend though cheers

Dont have any problems with lodgement here U could try few more times Dibp web site is more stable than before i think, there were so.many maintaineces during second half of last year

what do you mean by null? usually the letter ends with a name and position number who you can contact with anyway try to call your ma is not worst option though, hope you can get thing advanced toward. hope we all can. cheers

I didn't mean your migrate agent, I meant your case officer, if you have been asked more files, you could find the co contact on the information requested letter, such as the stuff name and number, the email address.

u cant import nomination with trn of it and your passport, they dont match each other nomination is not your app, you shouldve used trn and passport which was submitted for applying nomination.

u probably need those information such as trn, passport and birthday on nomination to import it into your account, just like what u did with visa application just my guess, never did it before ,cant have access to those info on nomination

it doesnt sound reasonable, mate dibp has been working on june for a while so 10 months is not really necessary, and those july apps have been allocated and approved , you should push your ma to get their job done instead of waiting. can you access the nom app? it still appears received? and same your visa app as well?

It dosent say working day, so the requested docs have to be uploaded in four weeks i believe, i prefer call and inform co right after submitted files rather than just wait them back on case
