It could count as a July app,since clock restarts if visa lodges after nom approval. At any level this is a lucky one after all. Anyway seeing dibp still working on apps is a little surprise

These r not new rules yet, just some possibilities, but sure they might have some impact on decisions about pr approval. But the bright side is we still have a.chance to somehow push co forward for now

You can't pay fee without Invoice. Every applicant got different reference number printed on Invoice. thanks raza for your answer
