application get in the waiting line at the moment it is lodged with or without docs as long as the fee is paid which can be proved by receipt i believe in most case ma wouldnt upload all docs until reach the standard timeframe which is about 6months.

at the individual part u can see if the docs is attached or not ,but u wouldnt be able to see the doc details or even download it

sounds reasonable, not sure they have to reach the kpi at the end of natural year or financial year, anyway there is hope for all of us june. BTW have u got any info about impact by xmas? plus kids are going to off school recently, it is best time to have a trip with family, so any thoughts?

Visa and nom are two seperate process i believe, they could be alocated to different or same co, in the case u mentioned they likely go to same one. Just my understanding
